If you live locally to our factory and offices in Axminster you should consider using our FREE Click and Collect service.
There are NO DELIVERY CHARGES when you choose to collect your order directly from us!
How it works
Checkout
- During checkout simply click on the 'I WISH TO COLLECT MY ORDER' button instead of completing your delivery address details on the form below it. Then complete the checkout process.
- When you have completed your order you will receive an order confirmation email. The email will also confirm that your order will be made available for collection only, and that there will a zero delivery charge. The email should also say:
"Delivery Instructions: CUSTOMER TO COLLECT IN PERSON "
Come To Axminster To Collect Your Order
ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 1PM CAN BE COLLECTED FROM 12PM OF NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
Visit our reception during our business hours (see below) to collect your items from our SPARES COLLECTION POINT.
All orders will be held for 5 working days and any orders that have not been collected within this time will be cancelled and refunded.
How To Collect Your Order
Don't leave home without a copy of your order confirmation email!
Come to our reception at the address below
Look for our SPARES COLLECTION POINT within our reception area
Select the item with a CUSTOMER ORDER No that matches the order number on your confirmation email
This will be a number starting with the letters 'WB' or 'WT'.
This will be on the DELIVERY NOTE attached to the front of your package
BUSINESS HOURS
Click and Collect collections can only be made
between 9am and 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday
(not including Bank Holidays).
